How do I arrange collection with you? When you checkout and click the 'Pick up in store' button, please fill in your contact information and pick up date. Once your order is confirmed we will get in touch with you to arrange a collection time that suits you.

Can I have your food delivered if I live outside of the 4 mile delivery radius? If you live outside the of the 4 mile delivery radius, your order is for collection only. We are working on a way to expand our delivery radius so we can get more freezers stocked with our healthy meals! 

Can I pick up my order or get it delivered on any day of the week? Our click and collect service is available from 9am on Monday until 1pm on Saturday. Deliveries will be made between 4-5pm on the next working day after your order is completed.

Where do I pick up my order from? Collections are made from opposite the main gates to Harpsden Court. There is a wooden gate (Opposite the church) where we will meet you with your bag of goodies.

Do you have a shop we can come and visit? For the time being, Phenology is just an online store. Our dream is to open a lifestyle farm shop selling all sorts of predominantly British grown goodies. Once we find the perfect place, we shall of course let you all know. In the mean time, browse our shop and treat yourself to our homemade, healthy meals and pantry staples.
